  1. A harp is a plucked musical string 
  2. instrument, with the strings stretched 
  3. vertically within a wood and brass soundbox 
  4. of triangular shape. The orchestral harp is 
  5. the largest instrument of its type. It has 
  6. up to 47 diatonically tuned strings, in the 
  7. range B0-C7 (seven octaves), and seven 
  8. double-action pedals to alter pitch. 
  9. Composers for the harp include Mozart, Ravel, 
  10. Salzedo, and Holliger.
